Job summary

LHCPG is seeking a proactive Financial Controller to lead core finance operations, ensuring robust controls, reporting, and day-to-day activities. The role will drive continuous improvement as a new finance system is rolled out, transforming processes and strengthening the function across the organisation.

The role requires ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent, extensive ERP and finance systems experience, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Qualified with ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent.
• Experience transforming finance processes and implementing finance systems.
• Experience with payroll, AP/AR, and month-end/year-end closing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate core finance operations and reporting.
• Enhance finance controls and processes.
• Lead finance system implementation and digitisation initiatives.
• Support strategic financial planning and stakeholder management.
