Job summary

Amplified Therapy Inc. seeks a Controller to lead financial accounting and reporting, ensuring legal compliance and strong internal controls.

The role requires directing the Finance Division staff and coaching them toward excellence while aligning with the company’s mission and values. The Controller will monitor key performance indicators, participate in strategic planning, and provide timely financial insights to support organizational decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in Finance or Business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Five (5) years of direct experience in financial work and/or management.
• Three (3) years of experience with direct supervision of other staff.
• Progression in roles with increasing responsibility.
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial accounting and reporting for the company.
• Ensure legal compliance and maintain key internal controls.
• Supervise and coach Finance Division staff.
• Support CFO with strategic planning and budgeting initiatives.
• Maintain financial dashboards and reporting for governance.

Education
