Job summary

Chrysalis Psychiatry is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee the organization’s accounting operations, budgeting, and revenue cycle in our Albuquerque, NM clinic. The role reports to the COO and collaborates with leadership to drive financial strategy and stability.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in accounting/finance, healthcare experience, and a CPA or related certification is a plus. This on-site position includes comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or financial management experience.
• Experience in healthcare or small-to-mid-sized organizations preferred.
• CPA or other relevant certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end close.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports and maintain complete financial records.
• Oversee purchasing, financial transactions, and internal controls to ensure documentation, accuracy, and integrity.
