Children & Families of Iowa seeks a Controller to oversee daily accounting and business office operations, including payroll, grants, budgeting, and financial reporting. You will supervise staff, support audits, and ensure compliance with laws and agency policies.

The role requires an undergraduate degree with accounting emphasis and supervisory experience; CPA preferred. You will coordinate grant accounting and contribute to financial controls and reporting.

Formación

• Undergrad degree in business with accounting emphasis or equivalent experience.
• Two years in business office management with supervisory experience.
• CPA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee general accounting functions (AR, AP, payroll, GL).
• Oversee payroll processing for accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare agency and foundation financials including month-end tasks.
• Monitor cash flow and handle fixed assets depreciation.
• Assist with audits, grants, and budgeting processes.
• Supervise front desk and contract management activities.
