Job summary

G.E. Mechanical, LLC is seeking a Controller to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and to lead the Finance Department in Vineland, NJ. The role oversees monthly close, billing, cash flow, and internal controls, while partnering with leadership on strategic decisions.

The Controller will manage financial statements, work in progress, profitability analysis, and intercompany activities, driving process improvements and compliant reporting across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction accounting or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Finance Department and personnel.
• Own month-end close, GL, intercompany reconciliations, and reporting.
• Oversee billing, cash flow, AR/AP, and collections activities.
• Ensure U.S. GAAP compliance and revenue recognition for projects.
