The ideal candidate has 5–6 years in finance with an accounting background, a Bachelor’s degree, strong MS Office, Power BI, and English proficiency, plus willingness to travel within LATAM & Caribbean.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5-6 years in Finance with accounting background.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI; English proficiency.
• Ability to travel within LATAM & Caribbean.

Aufgaben

• Perform monthly reviews of the main balance sheet aggregates, P&L, and cash flow statements. Summarize the main KPIs and risks. Propose and trigger necessary actions to detect / correct any fluctuations and misreporting items.
• Responsible for the proper and punctual delivery of the reporting and annual budget.
• Ensure external audit reports are as per group and local requirements.
• Perform specific analysis requested by head office or region directions.
• Point of contact for any legal corporate request such as account approvals, dividend distribution, capital restructuration, etc.
• Support the local teams (IFRS, accounting treatment of acquisition/ merger, etc.).
• Contribute to the improvement of tools, processes, data reporting for performance monitoring. Supporting transformation and efficiency through automation and AI.
• Monitor the project initiatives in the region: development, restructuring, funding, IT projects, transformation.
• Perform periodic testing to ensure the correct application of internal control key control as per Group Internal Control instructions and follow up corrective actions are implemented in case of deficiency identified.
• Follow up internal audit recommendations and ensure any deficiency identified is handled locally.
• Implement in the local organizations the target operating model and ensure that all organizations in the region are in line with group objectives
• Responsible for the efficiency of the finance team in the network.
