Job summary

CMA CGM Group in Miami is seeking an Internal Auditor to conduct financial and operational audits across LATAM & NORTAM in line with the annual audit plan. You will perform interviews, tests, and document work to support top management with risk insights.

Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally, collaborate with regional and HO offices, and help strengthen internal controls across diverse entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering or related area required.
• 3+ years of Internal Audit / External Audit experience.
• Working knowledge of IFRS norms.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to present to groups.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Experience with MS Excel and database management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and operational audits across LATAM & NORTAM entities.
• Perform interviews, controls and analytical tests per audit program.
• Verify adherence to policies and document work performed.
• Investigate irregularities and recommend corrective actions.
• Evaluate internal controls and test control existence.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings with action plans.
• Participate in worldwide audits as assigned.
