Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Compliance Case Manager to lead the finance-focused compliance program for a large semiconductor campus. You will own end-to-end lifecycle of federal and state-funded compliance cases, coordinating with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Contracts, and external auditors to ensure proper assignment, evidence, and closure.

The role requires building centralized case systems, tracking aging, and generating dashboards for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the listed disciplines is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in compliance, construction administration, contracts, project controls, quality, risk management, or related field.
• Experience managing corrective actions, investigations, cases, RFIs, nonconformances, or similar issue-management processes.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Experience working with contractors and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage multiple issues across a complex construction program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project/document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Compliance Case Management - Create and maintain a centralized finance‑compliance case system, log and track cases, define severity levels and escalation thresholds.
• Federal, State, and Local Compliance - Stay updated on changes and support obligations and reporting.
• Contractor Compliance - Verify contractor cost accounting, payroll, and reporting compliance.
• Reporting - Produce dashboards and periodic reports for leadership and auditors.
• Audit Support - Maintain complete case files and support audit walkthroughs and corrective actions.
