Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Compliance Case Manager to lead the finance‑focused compliance program for a large semiconductor campus. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of federal/state funding compliance cases, coordinating with Finance, Legal, Procurement, and external auditors.

The ComplianceCaseManager will lead the owner‑organization’s finance‑focused compliance program for a large semiconductor manufacturing campus.The role owns the end‑to‑end lifecycle of federal and state‑funded finance compliance cases from identification, documentation, assignment, investigation, corrective action, escalation, resolution, to final close‑out.Serving as the hub for Finance, Legal, Procurement, Contracts, Project Controls, Construction Management, and external auditors, the manager ensures that every finance‑related compliance issue is properly assigned, tracked, substantiated with evidence, and formally closed in accordance with applicable statutes, regulations, and funding agreements.

The current base salary range for this role is between $84,000.00 - $135,000.00.
Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
