Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial crimes investigations, business controls, business support, or project management
• Familiarity with complex investigations in areas such as brokerage, commercial banking, and international banking
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically PowerPoint and Word, SharePoint, Visio and Excel
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to develop executive-ready communications and presentations
• Self-starter with high energy and attention to detail; able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with a team

Responsibilities

• Manage diverse administrative functions for a large, complex department or complete line of business
• Manage financial control, budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, and communications
• Consult with senior management to evaluate current methods and develop strategies for changes and improvements
• Lead support and administrative functions for a large department at a local level
• Analyze budgets and operations, identify and resolve workflow issues, administer bank programs and policies, and interpret them for the department
• Resolve personnel, audit, and budget issues by researching and analyzing unusual problems
• Direct workflow activities as needed
• Manage associates and demonstrate inclusive leadership, process and data management, enterprise communication, risk management, coaching, financial stewardship, talent leadership, and business outcome delivery
