Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced computer skills.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting/finance concepts.
• Ability to communicate effectively, written and oral.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Customer service approach.
• Highly analytical and team oriented.
• Occasional travel under 10%.

Responsibilities

• Extract financial data from accounting and information systems for analysis.
• Analyze financial data to determine past performance and project financial results.
• Develop financial reports and complex models for forecasting, trending, and results analysis.
• Provide leadership and direction to staff.
• Participate in monthly accounting processes to ensure accurate records.
• Recommend process changes to improve efficiency.
• Work with other departments to resolve business issues.
• Troubleshoot financial systems and reporting tools.
• Support valuation of derivatives and oversee junior staff pricing derivative positions.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls framework.
