Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Enterprise Operations Lead to advance the execution of enterprise strategies and priorities, track progress, escalate risks and decisions, and enable consistent policy implementation across the business.

You will promote data-driven decision-making, lead cross-functional initiatives, advise senior leaders, simplify processes, synthesize insights, coordinate resources, and prepare executive-level reporting with stakeholders across Finance, Talent, Digital, Communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in operations, business transformation, consulting, or related function.
• Experience leading large-scale complex projects and working in cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and operational execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, executive presence, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, structure complex problems, and translate inputs into actionable recommendations.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment across functions.

Responsibilities

• Advance execution of enterprise operational strategies and priorities
• Track progress against operational initiatives and escalate risks, dependencies, and needed decisions
• Enable consistent implementation of enterprise policies, standards, and operational practices
• Promote data-driven decision-making, operational discipline, and accountability across workstreams
• Serve as a delegate for the Enterprise Operations Lead when needed
• Lead or support enterprise operational projects addressing transformation needs, leadership priorities, operational complexity, and cross-functional challenges
• Advise business leaders by clarifying needs, structuring complex issues, and recommending practical paths forward
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce friction, and improve operational effectiveness
• Synthesize data and stakeholder input into themes, decisions, and actionable insights
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and dependencies for enterprise initiatives
• Prepare executive-level reporting, decision materials, and presentations
• Partner with Finance, Talent, Digital, Communications, Risk, and Lines of Business
• Facilitate leadership meetings, working sessions, and operational committees
• Support communication and change management inputs
• Build trusted relationships across leadership teams
