Lamborghini Newport Beach is seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee daily operations of the Business Office, ensuring adherence to procedures and company policies across departments. This role leads the Business Office team, manages workflow, and upholds compliance with external stakeholders in all transactions.

You will monitor productivity, support month-end close, manage licensing requirements, and collaborate with Sales and Finance to resolve issues affecting deals and documentation.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of management experience.
• DMV experience highly desired.
• Reynolds experience preferred.
• Microsoft Excel experience: Advanced.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Business Office operations and ensure accuracy and timeliness of processes.
• Review accounting schedules, month-end close activities, and financial reporting.
• Maintain licenses, permits, and regulatory compliance related to DMV and dealership operations.
• Lead payroll/timecard approvals and staff development.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and other departments to resolve document and funding issues.
