Job summary

LeadCar Honda Hamburg seeks an experienced Office Manager to lead all accounting and administrative functions, ensure accurate monthly financial statements, and design scalable office processes. The role collaborates with the president and GM to optimize operations and implements group accounting policies with shared services.

You will oversee cash, payables, receivables, titles and registrations, month-end close, and financial reporting, while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• 3–5 years full-cycle accounting experience in inventory-heavy business.
• Payroll processing experience including quarterly and year-end filings.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the office by training and supervising staff.
• Analyze, design, document, and continuously improve office operations and procedures.
• Partner with LeadCar shared services to implement group accounting policies, controls, and systems at the store.
• Compiles information and prepares reports as requested by management.
• Assists the all LeadCar directors and store president and general manager, and with various tasks and projects.
• Ensures vehicle sales, purchases, incentives, and related financial records are posted and reconciled.
