This leadership role steers financial performance, risk management, contract compliance, and claims management across a national data center business unit. The ideal candidate partners with operations to drive outcomes, manages a team, and negotiates on behalf of the company to protect PCL’s interests while advancing operational excellence and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, commercial risk, contract management, or project-based environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Construction or related industry experience preferred.
• Experience with legal, contractual, commercial risk, or claims-related matters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and commercial risk across the district with accountability for performance and controls.
• Partner with operations and senior leadership to influence planning and decisions.
• Negotiate contract terms and manage commercial risk across the project lifecycle.
• Oversee insurance, bonding, and compliance to meet contractual requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, reporting, and financial controls.
