Job summary

You will support contract reviews, negotiations, and risk analysis to optimize financial performance and protect company interests.

The role partners with district leadership, operations, and senior management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic decision-making, including forecasting and cash flow monitoring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, commercial risk, or related areas.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Construction or related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support operations and leadership in planning, decision-making, and performance outcomes.
• Assist contract reviews, drafting, and negotiation activities.
• Contribute to financial reporting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
• Support monitoring of cash flow and working capital.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial information.
