Job summary

Boston Scientific is offering a Finance Co-op in Marlborough, MA. You will join a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team supporting Global Supply Chain, the Urology division, or Global HQ FinOps, and over six months you will assist with budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business analysis while building cross-functional relationships.

The program leads toward the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP); you may interview for FLDP during the final weeks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate-level degree with a major or concentration in Finance or AI and Business Administration with graduation date December 2027 or May 2028.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Must have reliable transportation or access to the company bus from Marlborough, MA.
• Must be available for a minimum of six months and commit to the full co-op program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis while evaluating business performance trends.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processes.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other financial systems to organize, analyze, and interpret data.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and management reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business performance and drivers.
• Help ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
