Job summary

Quadel in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Finance Clerk to support our financial operations for public housing programs. You will manage accounts receivable balances for PHAs, participants, and landlords, review aging reports, and post payments in Elite and other systems with accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and 1–3 years of AR/collections experience, plus strong Excel skills and excellent organizational and customer service abilities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree preferred.
1–3 years of accounts receivable/collections or related financial experience preferred.
Experience with public housing agencies, government programs, or housing assistance programs preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor accounts receivable balances for PHAs, participants, and landlords to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
Review aging reports and conduct collection activities.
Post, track, and reconcile payments in financial systems, including Elite.
Maintain payment logs, account records, and supporting documentation; respond to inquiries.
Assist with closing absorbed/terminated participant accounts and preparing reports.
