Participants will be invited to attend a virtual information session via WebEx, with a guaranteed interview for those who attend. Training through Schwab Service Academy leads to securities licensing.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work any day, time, or shift to accommodate 24/7 contact center needs.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices.
• Engage with and advocate for clients when answering inbound calls, taking ownership, and solving complex issues.
• Attend the Schwab Service Academy for paid training and licensing support (SIE, FINRA 7 & 63).
