Qualifications

• Minimum flexibility to work any day, time, or shift to meet 24/7 contact center needs.
• Preferred experience in customer service and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and own complex issues to provide solutions.
• Attend Schwab Service Academy for paid training and licenses.
