The event will showcase the role, the path to licensing, and opportunities for growth at Schwab's service centers near multiple U.S.

locations, including Phoenix and nearby markets. Selected candidates will join a paid training program, attend information sessions, and learn the tools to support clients with confidence,

Qualifications

• Must be available for 24/7 contact center shifts.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Willingness to learn about finance and securities industry.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices.
• Handle inbound calls, take ownership, and tackle complex issues to provide the best solutions.
• Participate in Schwab Service Academy and pursue Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA licenses.
