In this role you’ll educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, and retirement choices. You’ll handle inbound calls, own issues, and pursue licenses through the Schwab Service Academy, with paid training and ongoing support.

• Strong customer-service mindset with ability to navigate multiple applications.
• Willingness to learn about finance and securities industry basics.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices.
• Engage with clients on inbound calls, take ownership of issues, and provide solutions.
• Attend Schwab Service Academy for paid training and licensing support (SIE, FINRA 7 & 63).
• Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver world-class service.
