Qualifications

• Flexibility to work any day, time, or shift to accommodate 24/7 contact center needs.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices.
• Answer inbound calls, take ownership, and handle complex issues to offer the best solution.
• Participate in Schwab Service Academy for paid training and licenses.
