Eligible candidates will be invited to a virtual information session via WebEx and then to a virtual interview. Positions are based in various commuting locations, including Orlando, FL, and other Schwab corporate offices.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work any day, time, or shift to accommodate 24/7 contact center needs.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university.
• Willingness to learn about finance and securities industry.
• Strong communication and client service mindset.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about investment strategies and tools.
• Handle inbound calls and provide solutions to client questions.
• Participate in virtual information sessions and interviews.
• Support clients through the Schwab Service Academy and licensing process.
