Job summary

BlackLine is seeking a Senior Finance Manager, P&T in Pleasanton, CA. The role partners with Product and Engineering to drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic operating plans. Hybrid work in California office. The candidate will bring 10+ years in FP&A/FinOps, strong modeling, and experience with SaaS finance metrics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A/FinOps or related function
• 6+ years in business partnership supporting software R&D or cloud functions
• Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor headcount with business partners and TA
• Partner with Product and Engineering to budget, forecast, and long-term plans
• Develop and present reporting for Product/Engineering leadership
• Lead monthly/quarterly/board-level reviews with actionable insights
• Ensure accuracy of product-line financial statements and enhance reporting granularity
• Lead financial evaluation and business cases for new products/features/R&D
• Develop capital allocation framework for investments
