The Clorox Company is seeking an Assistant Manager - Corporate Financial Planning to join our Finance team in a hybrid/remote role based in Pleasanton, CA. You will own forecasting consolidation, board-ready reporting, and analytics that shape strategic decisions for the Total Company.

Key focus areas include financial planning, quarterly closes, and driving technology transformation with automated dashboards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics required.
5+ years of professional FP&A experience.
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
Advanced Excel proficiency.
Ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong collaboration.

Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Reporting (60%): lead Total Company consolidation for quarterly forecasts, budget, and IR guidance; partner with Finance teams to gather inputs and deliver insights to senior stakeholders.
Close (20%): support quarterly close consolidation, analysis, and reporting for Board, Exec Committee, IR, and SEC; ensure timely, accurate reporting.
Technology Transformation (20%): design and implement new dashboard reporting; drive automation and continuous improvement with Business Units and Corporate teams.
Financial Analysis and Modeling (10%): provide thought leadership and ad hoc analysis for decision support.
Internal Controls / Data Integrity (10%): support internal controls; ensure documentation and system tie-outs between Group Reporting and Anaplan.
