Job summary

PPL Corporation in the United States seeks a Manager – Finance Business Partner for IT and Innovation. You will partner with IT and Innovation leaders to deliver consolidated forecasts, multi-year budgets, monthly forecasts, and variance analyses, while supporting rate case activities across jurisdictions.

This hybrid role spans PA, KY and RI markets, requiring a bachelor’s in accounting/finance and 7+ years of finance experience; MBA or CPA/CGMA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management, economics, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in a finance-related field.
• MBA and CPA/CGMA certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage consolidated capital and O&M multi-year budgets and monthly forecasts for IT and Innovation and by jurisdiction.
• Partner with IT/Innovation leadership to coordinate departmental goals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Compile, maintain, and analyze budget data; coordinate analyses.
• Provide rate case filing schedules/support across jurisdictions; work with data requests/testimony.
• Oversee budgeting systems and GAAP guidance; train junior staff and lead upgrades/testings.
