Job summary

Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited seeks an experienced Finance Business Partner to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for an assigned business area. You will partner with functional and commercial leaders to drive performance, develop financial models, and provide decision-support insights across a global, regulated environment.

In this role, you will own end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and KPI analysis, ensuring alignment with corporate targets and SOX controls, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CA, CMA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 6+ years of FP&A, business partnering, or related finance experience.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders in a matrixed environment.
• Solid budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance reporting knowledge.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/regulated industries preferred.
• Experience in publicly listed companies and SOX familiarity is a plus.
• ERP/consolidation systems experience (SAP, NetSuite, OneStream) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecast processes with templates and timelines.
• Develop and maintain financial models for planning, scenario analysis and strategic initiatives.
• Consolidate budgets and forecasts ensuring alignment with targets and objectives.
• Act as trusted finance advisor to functional and commercial leaders.
• Analyze performance versus plan, forecast, and prior periods; identify drivers and risks.
• Provide KPI insights (R&D spend, revenue, margins, opex) and recommendations.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports, dashboards and ad-hoc analyses.
• Ensure SOX-compliant controls and alignment with accounting standards.
