Ethos is seeking a finance business partner to support an AI lab by crafting and refining professional slide decks and presentations. This fully remote role focuses on producing high-quality FP&A materials, dashboards, and commentary for monthly reviews, with an emphasis on accuracy and clarity.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in FP&A or related finance roles, expert PowerPoint skills, and a meticulous eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance at a significant company.
• Strong expertise in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: monthly reporting slides, bridges/waterfalls, headcount and opex exhibits, scenario analysis pages, and commentary drafting for finance reviews.
