Neurocrine Biosciences in San Diego seeks a Finance Manager – Commercial Finance Business Partner to serve as the primary finance partner for an assigned Commercial franchise, guiding planning, forecasting, and strategic decision support.
You will lead the annual budget, LE, monthly forecasts, and coordinate inputs across Finance and Commercial stakeholders, analyze BVA results, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve performance.

This role partners with Commercial leadership to drive business performance, optimize investments, and ensure sound financial stewardship through data-driven insights and proactive business partnership.

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $119,700.00-$164,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
