Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Finance & Business Operations Manager within the FinOps team to drive disciplined governance and executive insights for AI investments. You will build standardized dashboards, forecast adoption, and model multi-year spend while connecting investments to measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Finance, Engineering, Product, and IT to streamline reporting and deliver repeatable processes that enable data-driven decisions at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience; or Master’s with 6+ years.
• 8+ years in business operations, financial analysis, FP&A, or strategic planning in enterprise tech/cloud.
• 5+ years building complex financial models, forecasts, budget reconciliations, or ROI analyses.
• 3+ years delivering executive-level data visualizations and management reports (Tableau/Power BI/Excel).
• Experience delivering executive-ready presentations and Board/ELT materials.

Responsibilities

• Establish operational discipline and financial governance for AI investments.
• Build executive dashboards and scorecards for leadership visibility on AI spend and budget.
• Develop dynamic forecasting and scenario models for adoption and multi-year investments.
• Create a value-realization framework linking AI adoption to measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate across Finance, Engineering, Product, and IT to automate reporting.
