Cisco Systems, Inc.'s Finance Operations (FinOps) team is seeking a Finance & Business Operations Manager to drive operational discipline and financial governance across AI investments in the Product organization.

You will build executive dashboards, forecast adoption, and connect investments to measurable outcomes while collaborating with Finance, Engineering, Product, and IT to automate processes and enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years experience.
• 8+ years in business operations, financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate strategic planning.
• 5+ years building complex financial models and ROI/business cases.
• 3+ years creating executive-facing data visualizations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Establish operational discipline and financial governance across AI investments.
• Build executive dashboards and scorecards for leadership visibility on spend and budget.
• Develop dynamic forecasting and scenario models for multi-year investments.
• Partner with Finance, Engineering, Product, and IT to automate repeatable processes.
