Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Business Management Analyst intern. You will perform cost analyses for multiple programs, partner with program management, contracts, and engineering, and build dashboards using Cognos, SAP, and Cobra. The role develops financial reporting skills and offers exposure to a broad range of metrics.

The internship requires full-time enrollment, a business-related major, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled full-time as an undergraduate or graduate student and will be enrolled in Fall 2027.
• Majoring in a Business degree (Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics) or a business-adjacent degree.
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for at least 10 weeks during Summer 2027.
• Must be able to obtain U.S. government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and has an interest in data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost analysis for programs and collaborate with program management, contract reps, and engineers.
• Learn and use Cognos, SAP, and Cobra; report program finances and metrics (Awards, Sales, Margin, Backlog, OCF).
• Assist in building dashboards and supporting data-driven insights.
