Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Business Management intern for the Aeronautics Sector Intern Program, onsite in San Diego, CA. The role supports facilities, logistics, purchasing, and projects, collaborating with facility engineers to coordinate contractors and track requisitions.

The intern will gather and verify data, analyze vendor information, and generate reports and presentations. Requirements include full-time student status and U.S. citizenship eligibility for clearance.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree and Fall 2027 enrollment.
• Majors include Information Technology, Construction, Supply Chain, Business Management or related field.
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for at least 10 weeks during Summer 2027.
• Able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance and program access.

Responsibilities

• Gather, collect, record, track and verify data from multiple sources.
• Compile, review and analyze data with vendors, contractors and service providers.
• Use software to compile reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, and presentations.
• May design processes to enhance workflow.
• Provide data and information to others on unit processes.
