Job summary

The role oversees budgets, accounts, and funding across programs, while guiding staff on financial processes and charting accounts, with hybrid on-site support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or related field.
• At least two years of professional business/financial experience.
• Administrative experience at a department/organizational level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations for a subset of accounts.
• Prepare and reconcile budgets and expenses.
• Coordinate with campus systems for purchases (Pinnacle, DAWS, iBuy).
• Serve as main contact for P-Card, T-Card, and travel expenses.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
