Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
• Two (2) years of professional business, financial, and/or managerial work experience (Master’s may substitute for 1 year).
• Additional education or training may be required based on position requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial transactions (P-Card/T-Card, reimbursements, deposits, travel, professional development).
• Coordinate and process legal settlement payments with internal stakeholders.
• Perform journal voucher transactions, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Serve as liaison for non-legal services purchasing and vendor documentation.
• Facilitate assignment of matters to outside counsel and maintain related records.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in OUC operations.
