Job summary

Republic Finance in Asheville, NC is hiring an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager. You will complete an 18–24 month on-the-job training to learn branch operations and management, with promotion to Branch Manager and a full relocation package for moves over 50 miles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, Sales or related field).
• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a fast-paced team.
• Must meet criteria to sell voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and prospective customers.
• Educate customers on lending services and debt consolidation options.
• Assist in evaluating loan applications and making credit decisions.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales planning.
• Promote a high-quality customer experience and ensure branch goals are met.
