Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in finance analytics, BI, FP&A reporting, data visualization, or related area.
• Independent design and build of complex Power BI dashboards from requirements through deployment.
• Advanced hands-on Power BI development: data modeling, DAX, interactive visuals, slicers, drill-through, row-level security.

Responsibilities

• Independently design, build, test, deploy, and maintain complex Power BI dashboards and reports from the ground up.
• Develop scalable Power BI solutions with data models, calculated measures, interactive slicers, drill-through, and RLS.
• Source, transform, model, and validate data from Databricks and other enterprise sources for finance reporting.
• Translate financial data into intuitive visualizations and executive-level narratives.
• Partner with Finance leaders to gather requirements and define KPIs for analytics solutions.
• Produce monthly and quarterly consolidated reporting for executives and boards.
• Perform data reconciliation and QA to ensure dashboard accuracy and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Tech partners to resolve data, logic, and reporting issues.
• Support FP&A with budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve dashboard performance.
