Job summary

Google in Mountain View is seeking a Finance Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Platforms and Devices Controllership Systems team. You will build and optimize reporting pipelines, develop SQL-driven reports, and translate financial metrics for month-end activities across Google products.

You'll collaborate with the Finance organization to forecast, plan, and drive profitable decisions, using BI tools to model data and present insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related field.
• Experience with SQL and at least one other programming language.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize reporting pipelines and data infrastructure.
• Develop reports, queries, and dashboards using SQL across data sources.
• Provide ongoing support for reports, queries, dashboards, and access issues.
• Partner with Controllership to identify data sources and validate data anomalies.
• Train the Controllership team to query financial data and assist BRD creation.
