Job summary

• Provide ongoing support for data users, including maintenance of reports, queries, dashboards, and troubleshooting end-user access issues.
• Partner with Controllership to identify data sources, validate data anomalies, and translate metrics into usable formats for month-end activities.
• Train and support the Controllership team to query system financial data and participate in BRD creation.

As a Finance Business Intelligence Analyst, you will establish governance, execute tasks from end-to-end, and deliver vital pieces of our business intelligence and data projects. • Build, maintain, and optimize reporting pipelines and data infrastructure to facilitate data gathering, storage, and retrieval. Evaluate business requirements to automate manual operational tasks for the Controllership team.
• Develop reports, queries, and dashboards by creating complex SQL code to access and consolidate information from various data sources.
• Provide ongoing support for data users, including the maintenance of reports, queries, dashboards, and troubleshooting end-user access issues.
• Partner closely with the Controllership team to identify data sources, validate data anomalies, and translate metrics into formats that enable supported teams to quickly and easily derive relevant information for month-end activities.
• Train and support the Controllership team to query system financial data, conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed automations, and participate in the creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
