Job summary

Radius Recycling Industries, Inc. seeks a Finance Analyst to design, implement, and continuously improve automation across finance operations, bridging finance and technology. The role emphasizes identifying automation opportunities and delivering scalable RPA solutions.

You will support end users through testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization, working with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, MIS, CS, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in finance operations, business systems, or automation-related roles.
• Hands-on experience with one or more leading RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Proficiency with Visio or Lucidchart for process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation solutions across finance operations.
• Analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop scalable RPA workflows and test/deploy them.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business analysts on projects.
• Document processes, specifications, tests, and user guides.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
