Job summary

Roark Capital Group, an Atlanta-based private equity firm, is seeking a Finance Associate to support the finance team and CFO. You will handle reporting for Roark’s employee investment vehicles and assist with compensation processes and FP&A for the management company.

You will work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure to fund and employee vehicle structures, and engage with a small, high-performing team using systems like Investran, DX, and Kyriba.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounting experience; Big 4/public accounting preferred.
• CPA or CPA candidate.
• Experience with partnership accounting is a plus.
• Experience with Investran is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile employee investor database and related records.
• Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and investor notices.
• Assist with investor capital account statements and ad hoc reports.
• Support employee compensation processes and FP&A for the management company.
• Address investor queries promptly and support senior leadership.
