Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field with three years of relevant professional experience; or, High School diploma with five years of relevant experience.
• Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing financial resources by monitoring and controlling assets, reserves, funds, supplies, etc.
• Extract and input data from various sources in financial or accounting systems; review invoices and payments in WAVE/Oracle.
• Ensure proper allocation of expenses to projects per IOM rules and projectization criteria.
• Review vendor payments from purchases to payment requests with proper approvals and documents.
• Provide assistance to staff services such as travel, expense claims, document retrieval, and invoices in WAVE.
