The University of Virginia's Department of Facilities Management is seeking a detailoriented and analytical Finance Associate to support financial operations for a diverse and missiondriven organization. In this role, you will serve as a key partner in monitoring financial performance, analyzing data across major operational programs, and ensuring the accuracy of transactions in UVA's financial and project management systems.

Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: None required.
Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Office applications, or equivalent.
A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
This position is based in Charlottesville, VA and there is an on-premise expectation of at least 4 days per week.
Compensation range of between $50k and $55k per year, based on education and experience.
This position will remain open until filled. This is an exempt level, benefited position. The University will perform background checks on all hires (if required) prior to employment. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States. For this role, the University will not sponsor or consider candidates requiring sponsorship for employment visas now or in the future.
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
