Growing national law firm, is seeking an experienced Transactional Lawyer for its Financial Services practice in our Charlotte office.

Preferred candidates would have one to three years of commercial lending or other transactional experience and must have a working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions. Competitive compensation package includes full benefits.
