Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Associate in Financial Services to advise on complex syndicated loans, leveraged finance, and project finance for blue-chip clients.

You will draft and negotiate transaction documents, coordinate with lenders and borrowers, and help expand a nationally recognized practice through collaborative teamwork.

NC/SC bar eligibility required; Am Law 200 background preferred; strong academics and interpersonal skills essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance transactional law experience.
• Prior experience at an Am Law 200 firm is highly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions.
• Excellent academic performance is required.
• Bar Admission: Must be currently barred in North Carolina or South Carolina (or eligible to waive in immediately).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Our client is seeking experienced Transactional Lawyers to join their robust Financial Services practice. This is a high-visibility role where you will work within five specialized finance groups:

The Syndicated Loans Team

The Leveraged Finance Team

The Securitization Team

The Renewable Energy Project Finance Team

The Public Bond / Real Estate Finance Teams

Key Responsibilities

Represent lenders and borrowers in complex financial transactions.

Manage high-stakes syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions.

Requirements
