Responsibilities

• Assist with processing of expense payments.
• Assist the third-party administrator on all aspects of the monthly NAV process.
• Review blocker tax structures in coordination with tax consultants.
• Assist with the review of cash and position reconciliations.
• Assist with pricing verification including verification of sources and data analysis.
• Coordinate the annual fund audits and K-1 preparation.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and review regulatory filings.
