About the Company

Our client is a global leader in alternative asset management specializing in private equity, credit, and real estate investments. With a focus on value-oriented and opportunistic investing, it has built a reputation for acquiring and transforming complex or undervalued assets.

Responsibilities

• Review NAV packages prepared by the fund administrators
• Review calculation of management fees & incentive fees
• Assist with corporate and regulatory reporting requirements
• Analyze and prepare expense allocations and budgets
• Assist with annual audits and provide information for tax preparation
• Assist with managing short/long-term fund liquidity
• Review wire transfer requests
• Ensure portfolio valuation is accurate and verify portfolio pricing to third-party sources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• CPA required
• 6-9 years of public/private accounting experience
• Closed-end registered investment company experience preferred
• Strong U.S. GAAP technical accounting expertise
• Experience with AI, Altyrex, Anaplan or Power BI a plus
