Job summary

Marsden is seeking a finance associate in the Business Restructuring & Reorganization team for law school students in years 2018 through 2024. The role focuses on representing creditors or borrowers in liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings and related restructuring matters.

Ideal candidates have significant experience representing financial institutions in Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings, with exposure to high-profile, top-of-structure

Qualifications

• Law students in years 2018–2024.
• Experience representing creditors or borrowers in liability management, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings and/or special situations financings.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-profile capital-structure representations.
• Represent hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.

About the Role

• Associates will have the opportunity to work on high profile, top of the capital structure representations.
• Including representing hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in both chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings.
