Job summary

BenQ America Corp is seeking a Finance Specialist to support our Finance Department. The role focuses on accounts payable, cash posting accuracy, and Oracle-based processing within a fast-paced environment at a globally trusted brand that delivers cutting-edge display solutions.

You will reconcile bank and general ledger accounts, prepare timely reports, and perform other related duties as required. The ideal candidate has an Associate’s Degree or above in Accounting or Finance, strong

Qualifications

• Previous Accounts Payable experience required.
• Understanding of debits and credits as they relate to A/R accounting.
• Oracle experience is a plus.
• Proficient business software skills (Microsoft Suite and Outlook).
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Excellent time management, analytical, and organizational skills; strong attention to detail.
• Strong team player who collaborates well with others to solve problems, flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities
